iTunes won't start on Windows 7

I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate x84

I have problem with iTunes. When I click the icon it wont open. It load something and nothing hepened. I read some articles here. Try to run it in Safe Mode by holding Shift and Ctrl when I start it and it says "iTunes is running in Safe Mode. Visual plug-ins you have installed have been temporarily disabled."

Then I try to open it on normal way but it wont open again. I check this locations

C:\Users\username\App Data\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes\iTunes Plug-ins\

C:\Program Files\iTunes\Plug-ins

They are both empty. There is nothing in the folders.

P.S. I make the folders visable

I also try to reinstl it some times.

Pleace tell me what to do.

Sorry for my spelling but I'm not very good at english.

Can you check something for me please?

Restart your PC. after the PC restarts, bring up your Task manager, and go to the "Processes" tab. Click "Image name" to sort the processes alphabetically.

Now try to launch iTunes.

Does an itunes.exe process appear? If so, does it vanish after a second or so, or does it persist in the Processes tab (even though iTunes itself never shows up)?

Try checking your date and time in windows. My iTunes would not start today, and on top of that any security signed web pages were showing as invalid. I tried everything you could think of then when I viewed the apple security signiture that was showing invalid I noticed it WAS valid until september 2013 so I looked at my windows date and time and it had reset to Jan 1, 2006. No wonder everything was messed up. And NOW my iTunes starts and works normally.

Apple, in there infinite lack of wisdom, has programmed itunes to connect to the store before it can open. If it takes too long (which it will on almost every 64bit Windows computer), itunes times out and does not start.

It will appear in the task manager but never opens.

I have done all of the Apple suggestions - Delete files, delete all apple programs, remove everything apple from the registry, repair everything apple - bonjour, quicktime, etc., deleted quicktime, deleted all apple folders after uninstalling everything, restarted computer and reinstalled itunes, etc. After the last itunes opened once and wouldn't open again.

If I disable my internet access before opening itunes it opens every single time. After that if I re-enable internet service everything works like normal.

Unfortunately, itunes continues to never open on my Windows 7 64bit pc IF IT HAS ACCESS TO THE INTERNET!

Does anyone know how I can stop itunes from trying to connect to the internet when it starts? I unchecked auto everything.
