Yes, but you have to erase the iPad and start over to do so. If you have anything on your iPad now that you want to save, such as recent photos, you need to do this first. Then go to Settings>General>Reset and tap Erase All Content and Settings. You will then go back through the setup screens as you did before, but this time when given the option choose Restore from iCoud Backup (see image below). Be sure you are connected to wifi and your charger as this is likely to take a while to finish.
