Refund a book that is in a different lauguage.

I was wanting to see if I can get a refund for a book I downloaded but it was in a different lauguage and I can read it..

Also I was wanting to have it read it to me as I read along so I can understand it bettter and read better.

I am a slow reader and I think it will help

any help would be great..
