My iTunes can't update past version 10.4.1.10,

I have Windows 7 64-bit, iTunes is the only thing that never updates, and it's always because of some unspecified error. I've tried just downloading it and installing manually, but it still doesn't work.

Doesn't work I get this message: The installer encountered errors before iTunes could be configured. Errors occurred durring installation. Your system has not bee modified. Please run the installer again, or click Finish to exit.

I;ve also tried uninstalling iTunes then reinstalling the latest version, but the only version that seems to work is 10.4.1.10
