Apple tv unable to sign in

I'm trying to stream photos on my apple tv. Music is starting from my iPhone. I can control the tv with the remote app.

However. Impossible to stream pictures. I checked the apple ID I use on my devices is the same than the one signed in for the TV.

I keep getting an error message that says "Unable to sign in, the iCloud terms of service have changed, for more information go to apple.com/support/iCloud"

I went there. Nothing to update the terms of service.

I also tried to sign in with my ID connected to the apple store. Still doesn't work. I end up with the same unable to sign in message.

Any idea what to do?
