How to export Pages autocorrect preferences to another Mac?

Pages on my home Mac has a substantial list of customized autocorrect entries. How do I transfer this to my laptop so I don't have to type them all in again from scratch on the laptop?

The information is stored in the com.apple.iWork.Pages.plist in Users > your name > Library > Preferences folder. If you are on Lion or newer system you find that Library by in the Finder hold down the Option or Alt key and click on Go in the Finder menu. You will get the option Library to click on.
