Aperture reinstall

Hello

Here is my problem with Aperture.

I changed my Mac to a MacBook Pro with OSX Lion install (and updated) and install all the applications with migration system.

Now Aperture 3 doesn't want to open and continue to ask me my serial number.

My problem is that I have the serial number of my DVD version Aperture 2 (serial number refused by the system) but not anymore the serial number of my Upgrade to Aperture 3 DVD.

Must I reinstall first my Aperture 2 and see what happens?

On the Apple help it only gives the reinstall solution for Snow Leopard.

Thanks for your help

Constance,

Do you still have the old Mac?

Then launch Aperture 3 there: You can see your Aperture 3 serial number in the "About" panel:

From Aperture's main menu bar: Aperture > About Aperture.

On your new Mac enter both serial numbers: first the Aperture 3 upgrade serial, then the Aperture 2 serial number.

If you cannot retrieve the Aperture 3 serial number from your old mac, contact Apple, see:

Pro Application Replacement Serial Numbers
