How can I attach a Mountain Lion Server to an OpenLDAP Server for authentication?

I tried to do it like this: http://clc.its.psu.edu/UnivServices/itadmins/mac/kerbldaplogins/ldapauthorizatio n-leopard but that doesn't work for me. This is my ldif for a test user:
