I already tracked down the http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2371
information and did it and it did not work. I did that BEFORE I found the info on going to the bottome of the page and making sure the little flag was a USA flag, which it already was.
Neither of these things fixed the problem.
I will gladly try (with great appreciation) Anything that anybody has to suggest.
Will "Set to Default" get me back to USA since we are back in USA or will it change additional to Russian? What all will "Set to Default" change?
