Network recovery Macbook Pro mid-2009

Hi,

I'm trying to use the Network Recovery to my MBP mid-2009 running in OS X Lion 10.7.5 but it seems to dont work at all. I tried to install the EFI Firmware Update 1.7 but it seems that i don't need it ( the system told me so... ).

The globe is blinking for 10 to 15 seconds and then he apple comes and start directly from the disk. In the Startup manager i don't see at all anything in the network. I configured the DHCP option as required well ( my Windows comp is running fine so i can confirm it work through network ) but still no succes.

Is the 2009 edition not supporting it or i am missing something ?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities

2009 and older Macs don't support Internet Recovery. Open System Preferences > Startup Disk and select your OS X volume
