Junk Filter Disabled But Still Moving Mail To Junk

I have junk mail turned off and yet I'm still getting email put in my junk folder. Not only that, it's not even junk mail. The junk mail I do get never got properly filtered but occasionally email from my girlfriend was put in the junk folder. So, I turned off junk filtering in Mail and her email is STILL getting moved to the junk folder.

This is only on my mac/me/icloud email.

What's going on?
