Likely not as the iPod Touch is slightly thinner than the iPhone 5.

Yes, Actually it fit really well and the dimension difference is technical not physical so the iPhone case hugs the iPod comfortably and there is not rattle or movement whatsoever.

I " don't think so" like others.. I've done this and own one!
