Exporting to Qlab for Projection (question)

I'm using FCP X.

I have a mix of video projects:

Some are HD (1920 x 1080), while others are SD (720 x 480).

I need to export these videos which will be imported into QLab for projection.

What's the best way to maintain the highest quality?

Is Sharing in FCP X okay? If so, is "Current Settings" for the codec okay?

OR, should I (purchase) use Compressor (what settings)?

Thanks for your help.

PS> One more thing - I have some tiff still photos in the project. Is it okay to just put them as is into FCP X, or do I have to change something (e.g. square or rectangle pixels, etc.)?

Thanks again!
