Updated Apple TV Software but now will not restart
Followed on screen prompts - it completed step 2 but did not restart - status light kept flashing. Any ideas?
I've just ordered a micro-USB cable in the event I have to reset from my iMac

Give it a few hours, but does not sound good. You can try unpowering and restarting and it'll either work or it won't.
