I have a i-Phone 4S, but I have a difficulty to back-up the Infos from my i-Phone via i-Cloud to my PC (Microsoft Software & Dell Hardware).

Are there anyones who can give me the tips to solve such issue?

You either backup your phone via icloud or thru itunes. You don't backup via icloud to PC.
