I forget my securti question

you can go to appleid.apple.com, click manage the account, sign in, click password and security on left side of the screen.. and see iff itll let you edit that way. You can also contact apple for accoutn security

no option to reset the security question

No reset link means no verified rescue email address on the account (an additional/alternate email address is different). You will have to contact Support in the country where you are (and which is therefore the country on your account) to get the questions reset : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security
