How do I create a contact page where people can input their information and have it sent to me automatically through the site instead of manually emailing me?

Some basic websites have a "Contact" link which directs visitors to a page where they may fill in and send their information, if they wish to inquire about the website's product. I'm using iweb and wondering if there is a way to create this format so that the information is automatically sent, rather than asking users to email me manually.

If I'm not explaining this well, here is an example of the page I'd like to create using my iweb site:

Thank you

The easiest way to make a contact and feedback form is to go to http://www.jotform.com and create a form there and then copy and paste the resultant code into an html snippet on your website and click Apply and you'll have your form.

When someone completes the form you will be notified by e-mail and you will receive the form results and when you go to your account at JotForm it will also be on their servers. You can delete that if you want to or save it as a pdf. You can choose any colours or whatever you want for your form and you can add PayPal or Google Wallet to it. You can enter the e-mail address that you want notifications sent to and whether you want people to be sent to a thank you page on your own website.

There is also http://www.wufoo.com that you can take a look at and also Google docs.

I use JotForm and have found them to be the best, but I also use Google docs too.

If you want to write your own html code and you have the MailForm option on your server, then you can hand code a form and all info is stored on your own server rather than another.
