Q: Does hide/unhide still work with ios6?

I went to the apple help pages and through the purchases info and can't swipe the items. How do I hide or delete them if I no longer want them?

iPad 2 Wi-Fi + 3G, iOS 6

    You can't currently permanently delete items from your purchase history, and the ability to hide items on iOS 6 doesn't appear to work (whether permanently or only temporarily I don't know) - you should still be able to hide items via your computer's iTunes
