My printer is printing only the headings, but not the text of messages. It prints pictures just fine, just not emails or documents from the Internet. HP photosmart 7960. Have tried uninstalling/reinstalling, unplugging.

Your problem, hardware or software, may not be exactly the same as that of the original poster of this older thread, and it can be very confusing for everybody if we try to answer more than one question in each thread, which can also result in you applying the wrong advice to your particular problem.

Hi! I have this problem too, and I am using preview. Do you know how to solve it? This problem seems to occur only when I print from preview, but not, for example, from Adobe Acrobat.
Try highlighting the entire document, then command P, see if that helps. This is not intended as a fix, but a clue to whomever might be following this thread. Also check layout in the drop down window and check in the preview window.

Have you tried downloading the latest drivers from HP?
Are you using preview?
