Look in your purchased tab, do you see anything that asks to accept the apps? If so, then accept. If not, then try this:

Wait, if the wrong ID shows, then you have a different problem entirely.

You'll have to contact iTS and most likely they'll unadopt or send redeem codes.

Ok dieya there's a few more troubleshooting steps. But it may be best to just recontract the iTS too again and see what's happening there.
