Help... Can I retrieve itunes from a lost ipod touch?

My daughter lost her Ipod touch. She is 9 so I am sure she didn't back any of her music up. Is there anyway to retrieve her itunes?

iTunes purchases yes.

Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store

Others, no.

Thank you!!! Is there anyway to remotely reset the ipod so that her information / pics are not available to the person who found it?

- If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod and wifi is on and connect go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and and go to FIndMyiPhone. You can also erase the iPod if it shows up. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up.

- Change the passwords for all accounts used on the iPod and report to police

- Apple will do nothing
