How to do fresh install on Mountain Lion on New SSD?

I am getting a new SSD (256GB). I am resisting to buy the case for SSD to clone it. I want to install fresh copie of Mountain Lion and I don't have the CD of Mountain lion or lion.

How can I install mountain lion on my new SSD without CD? if not, what are my other options?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

Make a bootable copy of the Recovery HD using the Lion Recovery Disk Assistant 1.0. You'll need a small flash drive with at least 2 GBs. Then install your new SSD and boot from your Recovery Disk Assistant. When the main menu appears select Disk Utility and click on the Continue button. Partition and format the SSD. When you finish quit DU and return to the main menu. Select Install OS X and click on the Continue button.
