If you mean you want to include a link to a Web site in an email you are about to send,
In Safari, go to the web site you want to send a link for.
Triple-click on the Address box at the top of the screen to select it.
Choose Copy from the Edit menu.
Change to the email screen and place the cursor where you want your hyperlink.
Choose Paste from the Edit menu.
If you are cautious, send that email to yourself first.
When you get your copy, click on the link to see if it takes you to the right place.
If that works, then send again to the person you intended.

thanks it worked
is there a quicker way to do this
I want ot send multiple links to several people
my daughter was telling about going and making a word doc first, then send the email but put everyinthing in word first?
Once you copy a link, you can paste it wherever you like, including pasting several of them into a Word (or Pages, or TextEdit, or Mail) document. Then you can cut and paste them into further documents is a similar way.
The caveat in all of this is if you don't quite copy every character from the original link, it will not work as intended. Be sure to put blank lines between them as well, so that users can click them easily.

Is there a way to ck the link that I copied it correctly and the receiver will be able to open it?
I noticed that I can not open it unless I send it to myself
I am concerned because of you saying that make sure I copy every character from the original ink.
Thanks Danielle
an email does not exist in a place where you can link to it. It would need to have a URL.
i have no idea of what you mean
