can i revert back to ios5? i hate ios6, nothing but problems

is it possible to go back to iOS5.1?? i updated to iOS6..there are NO benefits that i can see, only problems with Wi-fi connection, slowing and battery life went to less than half..resetting wifi settings for a public router is not feasible when at work or elsewhere...
