Default view for 3D Model in iBook - Is it possible yet?

Anyone at Apple found an answer yet?

The camera does not work when using Sketchup export collada.

I found this out when iBooks first appeared.

The view of the item is different to one set in Sketchup. With or wothout a camera.

I cannot set it using a camera so that iBooks reads/understnads the collada file, even though Apple's states to use a camera, on its web page 3D help for collada in iBooks.

The default view in ibook is not changeable or settable after using a 3D model in ibooks.

I've tried other progams too, to preset the oinitial view, and even tried to edit the code manually.

I hoped OSX update would provide a solution but no.

C'mon guys - a little code fix would help a lot.

I ran into the same problem this morning and created this work-around. It's irritating but until Apple fixes this a little cheat is in order: http://sketchup.google.com/3dwarehouse/details?mid=de262856580e80834b892bc5603ca b56
