I HAVE A PHONE THROUGH THE CARRIER AIRVOICE WIRELESS, I USE A SIM CARD WITH IT. I AM WONDERING IF IT IS POSSIBLE TO USE IT WITH AN IPHONE OF ANY SORT. PLEASE HELP ME SO I DONT MAKE A MISTAKE AND BUY ONE FOR NO REASON

You find one in any country that sells the fully unlocked iPhone and yes, if the phone is officially and fully unlocked by Apple, then a local sim card will work.
Also, don't type in capitals, it is seen as shouting and there is no need for it.
The only way that you can do this is if you purchase an unlocked iPhone.
