one of our 5 authorized computers crashed about a month ago. We cannot access iTunes to "deauthorize" it, and authorize its replacement. How should we work around this obstacle? Thanks!

I am trying to authorize my computer as one of the 5 permitted in the iTunes sharing plan. on of our computers crashed beyond repair. we lost all data on it. Consequently, there is no way to unauthorize that one to make room for the new computer it was replaced with. what should I do?

iPhone 4S, Windows 7
