Q: Cannot receive or send e-mails.

I cannot receive or send e-mails. There is a message that "it is not possible" and that I also "SMTP server is not responding" although I provide the correct data. Any ideas?

iPhone 4S, iOS 6

A:

Try turning ON your SSL port on the SMTP server then type in the code 465 as the post number.
