Q: Prometheus Digital D/L with Redeem on iTunes failed - can't re-download

Hi

 

I bought Prometheus on BluRay.  Tried the Digital D/L with Redeem on iTunes, but ITunes crashed and download stopped. Downloading movie disappeared. I only have a 1080p trailer!  Redeem will not accept code. 'Already used'. Can't re-download my digital copy.  How can I download my copy?

    I purchased the 4 disc collectors edition when it was released, just tried to redeem it and iTunes tells me that it has already been redeemed. I see where appearently the digital copies of district 9 were all hacked and taken so I assume the same has happened here. But I don't know if there's anything to do about this.

    I emailed Fox's support last night about the problem and they provided me with a replacement code that worked. the address is UVsupport@foxcustomercare.com.

    Hope it goes as easy for you as it was for me.

    I have a fix! Open Prometheus to view the folder and then open Fox Digital Copy. Go through the process and make sure iTunes is closed, because it won't give you a different code. Once you go through the steps it should give you a new code.

    I don't have a digital copy DVD. I bought a 4 disc blue ray collection BD with 3x blue ray (3d, movie in 2d and bonus) and a DVD copy.).

     

    It doesn't have a digital copy disc, it only has a ticked saying it is a digital copy code working in all digital downloads, which has only links to ultraviolet ****** service.

     

    I want to have it in itunes....

    I mailed fox, they gave me a new code which doesn't work in itunes.

     

    any help?

     

    Also.

    Why can I buy a DVD or a music CD in foreign country amazon store, and I can't buy those music CDs in itunes in other country?

    I mean, amazon now offers you a mp3 copy of all CDs you bought over them, so.....why not apple??
