Swiss railway clock for 10.8?

I know it's a odd question, but is there any download or App that is out there for a Swiss railway clock that can be used on a MBA or MBP desktops or to replace the top banner Apple clock?

It's there for the iPad iOS-6, but cannot seem to find anything for a MBA or MBP.

Thanks for any hints where to search ... so far I'm coming up blank.
