Ipad and iMac Sharing
Is this possible? I have set up a network on my iMac 10.8.2 and have no idea how to access it from an iPad. I would like to have the iPad shares folders and files and printers.

It is pretty simple:
go to system preferences > sharing. Select internet sharing (do not check it yet, only select).
Share your connection from: Ethernet
Check wi-fi box and click wi-fi options. Now all you have to do is set up a connection with desired information. Network's name, password... and click Ok. You will return to previous screen. Now you can finally check internet sharing box on left side.
Regarding to file and printers, the procedure is the same. Just check the boxes on left hand side.
