does Ipad3 supports GSM cellular anywhere in globe or only ATT?
Can i use ipad3 (wifi + cellular) outside USA? i want to use my country cellular service providers ( India) so want to know whether it is supported or not

Yep, iPads are unlocked and ready for use on 3G networks. You won't get LTE outside of AT&T though.
