ipad says no service, but I have a Cell data plan what do i do.

I have an ipad with data usage plan, but says no service.

iPad 2, iOS 6

Are you sure cellular service is provided in the area in which your iPad is located?


If there is service check Settings > Cellular > Your Account to see if there is a problem there.


Next thing to try is a reboot of your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the devise restart. See if that fixes your problem.
