MacBook Pro 13" 2.9ghz mid 2012 Maximum memory?

Hello,


I understand that the max memory for this MBP 13" 2.9ghz mid 2012 is up to 8gb only as per http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1270?viewlocale=en_US#link1


But I wonder if anyone have tried upgrading up to 16gb ddr3 (8GBx2)?
