Getting invalid code on PROMETHEUS DIGITAL COPY.

Open up the disc, there is a program called MediaManagerII.exe at DVDROM\MediaManger. Run that. Put your code in and select iTunes as the format. It will give you a new code to put in to iTunes.

Having the same problem as Paulplt, I tried what you said, clintav. Since I'm on a Mac, that exe won't work. I get the message "You can’t open the application “MediaManagerII.exe” because Microsoft Windows applications are not supported on OS X."

Apparently, you have to launch the "Fox Digital Copy" application that is on the digital copy disc, type the code into that, and then you will get a second code that is usable for iTunes. It works like a charm. The problem is that the insert card in the DVD box states that the code printed there is your iTunes code. Someone needs a demotion! Best of luck to future sufferers of this problem!

Man, I've never had this much of a problem with a digital copy download. Apparently this wasn't thought out very well!

This resolves my issue with this movie as well as the other Fox movies that just came out. Why do they have to make things so complicated to download a digital copy.

This is an epic FAIL from Fox. How hard is it to include full instructions?

i did that and its giving me the same exact code. still wont work and says invalid code.

I had the same problem with the exact code, then I redid the process and made sure that iTunes was closed! Once iTunes was closed it gave me a different code! Hope that helps with futher problems.

I don't have a digital copy DVD. I bought a 4 disc blue ray collection BD with 3x blue ray (3d, movie in 2d and bonus) and a DVD copy.).

It doesn't have a digital copy disc, it only has a ticked saying it is a digital copy code, which has only links to ultraviolet ****** service.

I want to have it in itunes....

any help?

Why can I buy a DVD or a music CD in foreign country amazon store, and I can't buy those music CDs in itunes in other country?

I mean, amazon now offers you a mp3 copy of all CDs you bought over them, so.....why not apple??

Athelas: Insert the DVD disk of Prometheus, get out of the DVD player, then tap the disk icon. You'll see that Fox Digital Copy icon, then tap it. Enter the 16-digit redemption code from the insert, and the above directions from rsisu will work, just as they did for me. Good luck!
