Hi since I updated my phone everything is lagging, and I miss old youtube.. Is there any way to downgrade? Iphone 4s iOS 6.

There is no supported way to downgrade your phone.
I've found the best thing is to restore you iPhone as a new phone and then install all your apps etc from iCloud Don't restore from back up as you could just restore the problem again. I just had to do this with both my Apple TVs after the lastest update. Both Apple TVs work as the should now.
