Q: iOS App Store isn't working

For some reason, when I click on the iOS App store, it opens, but the featured page doesn't load. When I click on charts, that page loads but then when I click an app, the info page won't load. The app doesn't crash, or close out, it just opens to blank pages. It's been doing this for the last couple days, no matter what my internet connection is (LTE, home wireless, work wireless). and I've restarted the phone numerous times. It's starting to get really frustrating, and I don't want to have to do a complete reset of the phone.

Is anyone else having this problem, or is it just me?

I just noticed this problem today also (iPhone 5, iOS 6). This compounds my App Store issues as I have NEVER been able to access Purchased apps since getting my iPhone 5 (and I've tried all of the suggestions on the web I think)....upsetting

The only thing I can now do is download updates.....everything else just returns a white screen. Spent lots of time on the phone with Apple, and they are perplexed, and we aren't the only ones with the problem. I tried all the resets, logins and outs, etc., and nothing works. If I want an app, I go to my computer, find it, buy it, and voila, it shows up on my iphone 5! Don't even need the app store.....seriously, I think the fix is going to be called ios 6.0.1.

@perryfromhilliard, I've had the same issue with purchases as well.

@tmdtech, I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one. It would be more upsetting if I was. And I've had to use my computer to buy apps today too. It just ***** for those that are "post PC" and don't have actual computers anymore. Hopefully 6.0.1 will be here soon.

I just got a ridiculous response from Support. My issue got routed to ITunes Store Customer Support who said they could help me if I had a billing problem...really?!

Turn off wifi and use only mobile data and you will be able to use itunes stor again.
Wifi is fubar for the itunes and store . Hope apple soon get it fixed.

Still having the issue. Spoke to Apple they not sure. Sprint told me that most likely it is Apple issue. No resolution yet.

I have blank white screens on featured and charts and I cannot install apps. I contacted AppleCare but they were no help. I hope this issue clears up!!
