I phone 5 - is anybody experiencing weird glithes

I just got i phone 5 a week ago - its doing weird stuff ,

cannot send photo as message, sometimes cannot send text , forget email....

Siri does not respond all the time

I am beginning to be sorry I got it .... HELP !!!
