iTunes store account login

Can anyone tell me how you would go about logging in to the iTunes store account? I would like to change the credit card I have on file and can't seem to figure it out here.

Log in at the iTMS. Your ID will appear at 'Account:' (just below the Browse button at the top right).

Click on your ID.
A window will appear. Enter your ID and password and click on 'View Account'.

On the next page click on 'Billing Info'.
You now can enter your new credit card info (and other info)
