iPad 3: Apps and Internet not working

Hallo,


A week ago I noticed that none of the applications on my iPad is working. When you click on it they open but unable to connect to the server. I then noticed Safari is also not working. I checked the wireless connection, turned it off and back on again, restarted the router and the wireless shows that it is connected.


Yesterday I took a backup and reset the pad by deleting everything and set it up from scratch, unfortunately this also didnt work.


What could be the problem?
