iPad, iOS 6
Click "View" in the Safari menu bar and select "Hide Toolbar".
To revert back, click "View" menu in the Safari menu bar and select "Show Toolbar".
Click the double arrow gray icon at the top right corner of the Safari window.
Safari window enters Full Screen hiding the toolbar.
To exit Full Screen, move the mouse pointer to the top of the Safari window
and click blue double arrow icon when the Toolbar is shown.
These are the ways to hide Toolbar. Nothing else is possible.
Best.
Thank you for your help, but to tell the truth on my ipad safari there isn'nt any menu bar. How can I do it on my iPad?
There is no way to accomplish that in Safari for iPad.
This community is for discussion about Safari for Mac OS X.
Best.
Oops! Indeed, I have losed my way. Thank you again.
