Sorry to as here ... But how can I change my email settings in this discussion forum.
I switched to a other provider, now my email adress HERE in discussion forum is not up to date anymore.

If you go to https://appleid.apple.com, click on Manage your Apple ID, enter your Apple ID and password, you can manage your email addresses here. Note that the Apple ID itself (presumably your old email address) will not change, but you can change the address(es) your email gets sent to.
