Macbook pro 15 mid 2012 ssd with hdd

I have macbook pro 15 mid 2012
I want add ssd to my macbook

for this I found dvd bay http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=...rd+Drive+caddy

but I don't know, I must leave my HDD in its place or put to dvd bay?

ssd use sata 3
hdd use sata 2

dvd bay have sata 2

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)
