Cannot conect to ITunes on my ipad "cannot connect to iTunes is my warning message. However I can still access apps??

Cannot log into ITunes using my Ipad 3 (3G,wifi,lte,and wifi! Tring to view music etc but no luck! Keep getting messages saying "cannot connect to iTunes Store)thanking you for your help with this manner!
