Try to run the Verify Disk utility. You might need to replace the hard drive. Application --> Utilities --> Disk Utility --> Verify Disk.
Boot from your OS installer disk and run Repair Disk from Disk Utility.

If you did a #8 Reinstall Just OS X, leaving your programs and files alone and Software Updated to 10.6.8
Then your problem may be with:
1: A particular third party software your running or is a log in item, a System Preference pane or Finder menu bar item.
2: Some sort of corrupted program support file located in the Users/Library folder or a corrupted User/Library. Create a new User account and log in to see.
3: Corrupted Users Permissions on your files in Users folder. See Step by Step to fix your Mac
4: Malware (ClamXav update/scan)
5: Bad sectors on the hard drive - Reducing bad sectors effect on hard drives
6: Bad drive or other hardware problem - replace - Install/upgrade RAM or storage drive in Mac's
Run through the Step by Step list to narrow down your cause.
Make sure you have a backup of your user folders on a external storage drive (TimeMachine may be corrupted) and disconnected.
my macbook pro become better after repair disk, but i open any application is still slow. actually everything was normal before i upgraded to version 10.6.8 .
What applications in particular are slow to open? How much time to open? Give example.
Overload!
No, not normal - just try restarting. And then keep an eye on it.

help me please!!!
iTunes shouldn't be using 60+% of your processor either. You've done everything that anyone here would probably recommend - even to the point of reinstalling the OS. One last thing you may want to try is making a backup of your internal drive (in your case, I would recommend Time Machine) onto an external drive and, using your Snow Leopard disc, erase the entire internal and make a clean installation of the OS. See how things run then. Then you can restore from your TM backup.
That's the last thing I can think of - unless you want to go ahead and take your machine to your local Apple Store (where they would just likely recommend a clean installation anyway).

20: Zero Erase and Fresh install OS X (advance) is this erase the entire internal and make a clean installation of the os ?
Yes - make sure that you have your installation disc, boot from it, use Disk Utility to erase and partition your hard drive ("Mac OS Extended (Journaled)" with a single GUID partition), and reinstall the OS and your iLife applications (you may have two discs).

do I need to click zero out data? before i delete the partition
