How to boots up download speed in my Macbookpro

Hi, I am new here, currently I have an internet packages at download speed 4mps and upload speed 1mbps. I am using wireless for my internet connection, however when I downlaod a file from internet, it only run at 470kb/ sec, therefore I would like to ask, what can I do to increase and maximize my internet speed.
