Q: How do you boot OS 9 on an eMac?

I have the 2003 eMac and I am wondering how I can boot OS 9 from the eMac. I installed OS 9 drivers but I don't know how to do it.

eMac, Mac OS X (10.4.11)

open system preferences and click on startup disc. select 9.2 and click restart.

Is your eMac a 1GHz model. Look at this link about booting into OS 9.2.2.

Also, if you didn't install Mac OS 9 drivers when you last erased the hard drive, it won't boot into Mac OS 9.
