I rented two movies from iTunes. I cannot transfer them to my iPad Gen1, and if I try to watch the movie in iTunes I get an error that the version of iTunes no longer supports Quicktime. All my software is up to date. Apple has not been supportive and they want to charge me a support fee for a product that I bought form them that does not work. I am not impressed.
