Hi,
In our business we are using Logic Pro and GarageBand for creating background music in our videos. We are using loops and instruments. Mostly loops.
Yesterday we were told that we are not allowed to use these songs, as the loops are licensed to Apple. Is this so?
What can we use the loops for without breaking any laws? What is the point of Loops then?

Apple licences the loops to you to use as explained here:

Thanks. Found the same link on a other discussion:) Do you know where can I find this in Apples license Agreement? I need the direct source.
Here is an Apple document saying this:

Also, if you open the "GarageBand" link in the AppStore, you will find a link to the licence agreement to the right of the window. I cannot post the link here; for me the AppStore only links to german documents unfortunately.
