The apps are waiting for down load but never finish. how do i fix the problem?
iPhone 4, iOS 6, apps do not load
Check Settings > General > Restrictions
If you don't have restrictions enabled, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
No data will be lost as the result of a reset.
Then restart the device.
